I founded HR Data Insights because I kept seeing the same problem: HR teams are asked to make strategic decisions, yet their data is scattered across systems, tools, and spreadsheets that don't talk to each other. It's hard to trust your numbers when every report tells a different story.
I believe that people data should give you clarity and confidence, not overwhelm you. That's why my work is about turning fragmented information into clear, reliable insight that drives better decisions.
My Story
After more than 15 years working in various HR technology roles, I realized that the biggest obstacle to good decisions wasn't desire or intent; it was the way data was organized and delivered. I've led implementations of HRIS platforms, designed reporting frameworks, and built analytics functions from scratch. Along the way, I learned how to translate between the world of HR and the technical teams who build the systems. I started HR Data Insights to bridge that gap and to bring hands‑on expertise to organizations that need support without the commitment of a full‑time hire.
